An installation of twenty altered birch husks installed throughout the FieldWork site. This kinetic piece reflects the histories of place and cycles of life over thousands of years.

These cycles are echoed in the growth of the birch. The birch tree, its bark in constant circular regeneration, winds outwards from the heart of the tree. The bark flakes and peels, moving beyond the tree itself to nourish the forest floor and begin again.
